Kanjaboy Yangabayevich Ismailov is an associate professor and Candidate of Medical Sciences, specialising in 14.00.06, Cardiology.
Education and career
He graduated from Tashkent State Medical Institute in 1995. He worked as an assistant lecturer at Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute in 1995–1997, completed a clinical residency at the Second Department of Therapy of the Tashkent Institute for Advanced Medical Training in 1997–1999, and undertook postgraduate research there in 1999–2002. He defended his Candidate of Medical Sciences dissertation in cardiology in 2004. He held management posts in 2002–2019 and served as deputy head of the Beruniy District Medical Association and head of its multidisciplinary central polyclinic in 2019–2021. He has taught in the department since September 2022.
Research and mentorship
His updated profile records 32 scientific works and 8 methodological manuals. He is a member of the research seminar attached to the PhD.04/30.09.2020.Tib.123.01 degree-awarding council and the editorial board of Modern American Journal of Medical and Health Sciences. He has supervised two students preparing for international olympiads and six clinical residents.
Recognition
He received the commemorative badges marking 20 and 25 years of Uzbekistan's independence, the Faol Tadqiqotchi research distinction, and a letter of appreciation for educational and cultural activities.
