The department provides theoretical and practical teaching in internal medicine, rehabilitation, traditional medicine, dietetics and reflexotherapy.
Students come from general medicine, pediatrics, dentistry, traditional medicine, preventive medicine, pharmacy and international education programmes.
The departmental almanac also records students from Pakistan, India and other countries studying internal medicine, rehabilitation and traditional medicine. Teaching connects theoretical preparation with practical training at clinical sites.
